About Quick Tools

Quick Tools is a set of small, single-purpose developer utilities: format text, convert images, calculate hashes, no account and no loading spinner. It currently has more than 20 tools across categories like developers, text, converters, calculators, image, video, and generators.

Privacy-first philosophy

When you paste sensitive JSON, tokens, or personal text into a web utility, you're trusting it with that data. With Quick Tools, none of it goes anywhere.

Everything you type or upload runs in your browser and is never sent anywhere. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, no tracking. That's not a policy promise, it's enforced by the architecture: Quick Tools is a static export with no backend server to process or store your data, and the build fails if any server-side code gets introduced.

A few tools do fetch public data from a third-party API when that's the only way to do the job. The YouTube Thumbnail Downloader, for example, pulls images and titles from YouTube. Nothing you type is ever part of those requests. See the Privacy Policy for the full list.

Quick Tools is a side project by Sachintha Gunaratne, built to pull a bunch of scattered utilities into one fast, privacy-respecting toolbox.
